The central floor heating is fueled by eco friendly pellets, the bedrooms have individually adjustable thermostats.
Included in the rates is the tourist tax, taxed garbage bags, covered parking for one car,  WiFi internet connection as well as clean bed linens and towels

Aside from everything you would expect in a modern kitchen (oven, grill, ceramic hob, dish washer, kettle, blender & coffee machine), we provide everything you would wish to have in your own kitchen. There is plenty of  cutlery, crockery and handy utensils. We have a raclette and fondue set and a grill on the patio.

The lounge is modern, cozy and not cluttered. The comfortable sofa bed sleeps 2,  the dining table sits 6.  We have a highchair if needed. 
For entertainment there is a selection of DVD's, books and the television has channels in many different languages. Free WiFi is provided and there is a stereo/radio. We even have some toys for kids

French doors open on to one of the most spectacular views of the Staubbach falls. Sit at the table, have a barbecue and enjoy the settings on the open patio. String up the hammock and relax. In summer the tennis courts and mini golf are a stone's throw away, our winter guests can cross country ski from the flat.

The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine /tumble dryer . Twin sinks allow for extra comfort. The combined tub/shower never runs out of hot water.

The two bedrooms sleep a total of 4 persons with a big sofa bed in the lounge which sleeps an additional 2. Upon request we also have a baby cot.
