For last minute bookings (one week before arrival and one week stay), we offer a discount. Please contact us.

Rental terms

Rental rates quoted are for up to 4 people. Rates include heating, electricity, covered parking, heated boot and ski storage, taxed garbage bags and tourist taxes i.e. no hidden extras. However, the apartment sleeps up to 6 plus a cot. For groups larger than 4 adults 85 CHF per week per extra person will be added. 
There is a safety deposit of 350 CHF required on payment of balance. This is returnable within 2 weeks of departure subject to the apartment being left in good condition.
